How do u upgrade the meat harbor to level 2?

Select the meat harbor then select upgrade and it cost you 3000 coins

Select the meat harbor and press the icon that says upgrade!

Click on the meat harbor and then click upgrade. As long as u have enough money it will upgrade in a few minutes.
