Question & Answers
I was in a tournament and after I won I returned to my park to find that all my dinosaurs had disappeared! There's now only a level 1 triceratops and the park is no longer expanded. I had so many dinosaurs and it took me forever to level them up! Only my land dinos disappeared, not the underwater or glacier ones. How do I get them back?!

Hey, it's Lucy (the asker). Changing servers didn't work. Then I changed back to my normal server and nothing had changed. I still only have that triceratops and my glacier and water dinos. Help!

Hey, same thing happened to me. I emailed them a few weeks ago, checked my park again... Still just the lonely level 1 Tricerotops sitting there but they added 6,000 Dino Bucks to my account. I was at level 31 or so, played maybe three weeks and spent $20 so seems like a fair trade. I'm just worried it will happen again.

Just happened to me too. My roads are where i left them, i am still level 7, and still have the food and coins...just no dinos and nothing cleared. I just started, so i'll start over, but one more time and the app is getting deleted.

Simple solution... link your park to FB. once that is done, you can log out of the guest park and keep your settings that are linked online.
