Please someone answer why I cant level up past 4
I'm the Tigers and Fielder is at level 3 and says card can no longer level up also Jackson and Miggie are at level 4 says I cant level up anymore please don't answer the way Bob did to the same ? Thanks

It's their way of trying to get you to buy stars. If you use stars you can level up a player without failing.

Normal, Rare, and Special Cards can only level up to 4 unless you "increase rate" which uses 32 STAR. Hero and Platinum Cards can upgrade to 8 without needing to increase rate.

You can only attempt to level up a card 8 times. Your card failed 4 times, so u cant level it up anymore.

All cards can be upgraded to level 8... there are 7 opportunities, so if you fail once, the top level that can be achieved is 7, if you fail twice, top level is 6 and so on...
