I pinched hit for my pitcher in bottom of ninth and tied the game. in top of tenth I have no pitchers left to choose and game can not continue. What can I do

If its a league game it's crashed forever. If it's a friendly mode game quit then return to game. When it asks if you want to continue answer no and make new game.

Just close the app completely and then say you want to continue the game and the last pitcher you used will be available
