Upgrade your equipment. Better lure = better grade fish.

Buy better gear and fishing equipment. I'm having the same problem with C-rank fish. The developers aren't exactly nice at giving you money in this game.

You need at least beginner experience then buy a line number 2 and so. also buy better reel and lure. good luck :)
