Viperfish yasawa island?

I am stuck on a compitition where I have to catch as many viperfish but I can't find them anywhere on yasawa island! Any idea how to catch it?

You have to have a lure the can catch a s fish and a good rod, and your lind needs to be able to cast out to at least 211 yards.
