How to complete quest Archive update Vol.1

It's asked to "collect every fish from grade F to E, rarity 2S and over" I collect every type from E to F according to fish list ,both water and ocean, and rarity 2s and over kept on boats as well, but still can't finish the quest

You can check from fish book to see which fish that still having 2star. You can access fish book from System => Fish Book => Rare Fish Records. If you find any fish having 2S below then you need to catch it. Good luck :)
