How do you unblock the door to let more customers in because no Customers are coming in because it is blocked so i am not earning any money?

All you need to do is move things in your shop out of the way of the door

My whole back side is unavailable to put anything ..keeps saying im blocking the door but i have nothing there.. this happened after i added the catwalk

This is a glitch in the app. I moved my door to make place for the catwalk, and despite there being nothing in the way, it just kept saying the door was blocked. I had to reinstall the game again. My suggestion is don't move the door.
