Few customers go to my second floor

I have 2 floors and in the 1st floor I have the clothes and put the shoes, perfume and accessories on the 2nd floor. Since I did that, only a few customers go up. So even upto 12 hours only few items were sold. What's the use of having a 2nd floor if only a few people go up to it. Somebody can help me on this?

You can't just have clothes on one floor and the rest on the other floor. You need to kind of space it out between floors. I wouldn't bother getting a third floor because you don't need one but try to space all of your machines out. I'm at level 50 and have every machine that I don't need gems for. The only machine that doesn't really matter what floor it's on is the perfume but I would recommend spacing the rest out.
