The brick oven is made in the mountain...I remember being very frusturated with this as well because for some reason this quest shows up before you unlock the mountain....just keep doing what you are doing and after a certain level (I'm not sure exacactly which level) Billie will have a quest for you that will unlock the mountain after you complete it.
