Stuck at Level 19

The game seems to have a glitch and I am stuck at level 19 although I have 1368/1177 points and should of upgraded to level 20 already. Any ideas on how to try and fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Lvl 19 is the max level right now

Happy Street just got an upgrade on 9/20/2012. You can now reach level 20 with new buildings tasks and characters.
