You have to build a water mill in the forest. Then click on the water mill to collect the water using the bucket.

So u first buy the work station thingy, then u click it and it shows a list of things it will make there will be a water bucket but u have to make 2 planks which take 5 minutes to make each, then u go to the first and make a watermill and collect the water.

Go to the forest, then go to store, then buy water mill and tap on it. Press collect water, there you go!
