When do I see the red birds and get their feathers in the forest and when do I get the bird poop?

Red birds fly through the forest periodically. Touch the bird and it will give you a feather. A small gull flies down the main street. Touch it, and it will poop. Collect the poop before anyone slips on it. If the poop lands on someone's head, you get reward money.

When you see a red bird with a long yellow beak fly by in the forest, tap on it and it will give you a feather. When you are in your village, "poopy-the-bird" fly by and when u tap on him/her he/she will poop!
