How do i collect more water? do i need to craft a new one everytime i want to collect water?

You either use the water (in the bucket) that you have already collected (at Nyok's house or at the Workshop), or you can make another bucket. Buckets are reusable.

If you go to your items and see the water in the bucket click sell, it will sell the water... you bucket will be safe so dont worry
