Flooz disappearance

Since I downloaded the Christmas update my floozs disappears for no reason. WHY ???

Yeah mine just did that too. Kinda irritated as I spent rl money on them and now I'm down to zero. Checked everything to see if it was accidental, but nothing has changed. Help is greatly appreciated.

I had that problem, but I contacted godzilab and they got me my flooz back.
