How to continue my game on a new iPhone?
My phone is about to die and I'm going to get a new one. What info do I need if its possible to continue playing my original game on a new iPhone?

If you are using Game Center which you should be it will automatically transfer of when you install it on your new device. It will begin as if you are starting over and then will prompt you to switch over (I.e you have a town hall lvl 5 would you like to continue) and obviously choose yes if you would like to continue.
