Where is the sunken boat?

I need more gas cans, it says they are found in the sunken boat. But I don't have a sunken boat on the map anywhere. Where do I get more gas cans?

You only get 1 to or 2 from the sunken boat. Later on your should get a quest to build some sort if building that you can make gas cans with.
