On second island in the sea I have no sunken ship and no sea mine how do I get explosives for dynamite?

Sea mine it's bottom rigth of second island (pirate) it's a sphere with spikes

On the second island you'll get several quests you need to do and in one of those, you will have to build a pirate workshop. And once the pirate workshop is built you can make dynamite... hope Ihelped:)
