End of the game?

I just got to what I thought was the end of the game, with some people leaving on the big boa. Those who stayed said there's still a lot to do, and that's where I'm stuck. There are no new quests, so what else us there to do?

Pyramid with symbols is in the cave on the middle island under the 3 huts that you helped repair
