Where is the windstone?

I have tried numerous sites but don't understand where the cave is. Can someone please explain exactly which cave it is in. I feel I have tried all the caves and am yet to find it.

THE WINDSTONE is in the cave is in the cave that is most north northeast. It is behind the old broken down mine that you need to rebuild. When you click on the cave it will say drop: windstone. Good luck.
