Where can I find the wind staff. I don't know where is "The cave of spiders on the central island over the Pyramided". Thanks!

Chances are youve already used the one from the cave, that is if youre on the portal quest. Do the scientist quest til you get to the end and it will give you the wind staff as a reward.
