Need help with backing up

When i backed up my new iphone 5 with all my apps: including home design story (which i've spent over $50.00 dollars on) it is coming up as a new game none of my info is saved. How can i get back to my original home. I have created a storm id and password but idk where i could log in etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well you could try emailing the developers. I had to do that once, and they really helped.
