You have to buy the Blue Coquette fish from the store (85 gems) and then tap on the Evolve symbol in the menu. It will give you the names, but not the pictures of the two Coquette fish that it can evolve into. Of course you have to buy two in able to get both. I usually look at other people's tanks to see what they look like first.
