Why can't u buy diamonds and cash?

Why can't i buy diamonds and cash? It sucks. I have been trying to buy diamonds and cash but it says i need to contact the support at support@pocketgems.com. I did contact them but they won't rept me back? Anyone having the same problem as me?

If your device is jailbroken, it won't work. Otherwise, I don't know.
