Unfortunatly it's a long process if u don't want to spend any real world money, but if u can afford to splash out then spend the in-game cash (not the gold coins, the green notes) on better employees

You have to upgrade your workers. Get an elete engineer an work on upgrading him, then make sure he is on each car
