Free totems

I cant do anything without totems! Anyone know free ways to get them for the iphone? I dont even know how to put together my axe butt and handle?!?! Hellppp

There was a free totem option in the purchase totem screen but it was removed. You can trade amulets & coins for totems in the hut. You can also collect butterflies for one totem per collection. It doesn't increase in value with skill like the other collections do though.
