My game seems to be frozen

I was in the middle of a game and I closed out of the app and now it is still in the game, but the time is stuck at two minutes and I can make words and get points, but nothing ever happens to the time. How do I fix this so I can play other games?

I am having the same problem! I finished a game it says still calculating the score (that was like 4 hours ago) and then i searched a new opponent and keeps saying it's searching. It's like stuck.
