What 2 monsters breed a riff I am trying to breed this monster and its not working?

You need a tiptip and a congle. If it doesn't work the first time, try again and if it doesn't work put first congle then tip tap

GUYS, look at the elements at the bottom, if you can get all the required elements breeding together, then you should get the right creature
