First factory failure
I am new to the game and cannot figure out how to play the first game and it wont let me do anything else in the game until i pass the first level. when i touch the factory the only option is "play" and when i try to play the game nothing happens.

I don't think you can really play the game (Jewel Factory that is, not one of the games in a factory) until you finish the tutorial. Look around and see if there's anything like that, you got to craft a jewel and finish a thing or two by using gold bars to finish them early. If you can't find anything, I'd say you skipped something in the tutorial and lost your ability to finish the tutorial properly. If so, delete the game and re-install, maybe even delete the cookies for that game. That's my guess anyway.
