New Building Ideas
Dunno if the game makers even look at these message boards, but maybe the good suggestions well get passed on to them. We know they still work on the game to some extant since we get holiday decorations, tho it might be no more than a scheduled update at this point, and I think if they were going to add any new basic gems and all the mixes that follow they'd have done so by now, but who knows and maybe there'll be a Jewel Factory 2 at some point. First I'd like to see some kind of auto-harvest building. Maybe some Gnome Barracks that keep your money flowing, but they take 20% of the coins. The effect is you don't have to harvest every 10 mins. A storage building for gems of some sort. A decoration like a fountain that can hold one gem would be good, it's "real" effect is that it lets you rearrange your jewels in your factories without have to sell and remake some more expensive gem.

Would also be nice to have some auto earn games that you don't have to actually play. Sounds odd at first, but if you make it unlocked at level 50, and then consider what it takes to get to level 50... Maybe even make it cost 50 energy to activate and give it a return of only 100,000 coins. Pretty inefficient, but would give you some kind of return, the cost would be in gold bars for the building itself, prolly 50 or so.
Another cool building would be an Astrolab. Would be pretty big, like 2 factories wide and high. Would hold like 8+ gems, maybe any kind, or only the right ones. Once all the right gems are in place, the planets would start rotating.
A little casino would be neat, you'd still have to play it, and you'd have a chance to lose, but would be an alternative to the fast flicking games that some people might have trouble mastering.
Amusement parks of some kind. Little different than factories really, build it and fill it with Jewels, and then harvest your profits. Maybe make it a lightshow that goes off once a night. Some gem combos give off better lightshows for different cash amounts.
