Ive read from other forums that if you shoot the knight in the back several times it should kill him. Hope this helps :))

On all nights jump over them and shoot them in the back then collect the jewel that floats out of them

I tried shooting at the green gem on his back over and over again, and every time it hit the jewel, but still nothing happened :(

Shoot him in the back - use keyboard to fire - not mouse.

If you are using a keyboard to shoot the acorns, you must shoot the acorns with the "x" key and not the touchpad in order to kill the knight. At least that is what I found out on my macbook air.

Shoot him in the back, jump to the ledge to collect the acorn or whatever then shoot him again in the back That should drain his energy. I am using an iphone. just got past him. hope it helps.
