To get more energy visit your neighbors not only will it give you energy money and xp as well

Yes, collect a large group of neighbors. Visit the community, visit the wall, and write down the invite names of people who have posted, or ask them to invite you and put your invite name (not your kingdom name). Visit your neighbors each day, and you will get energy, money, and experience as abie said. I visit when I am waiting for a minute for something to finish (like waiting for 30 seconds for the workshop to finish something).
