On old Thomas's telescope building quest, what is the material that is polished and shines? I have the other two but I can't find this one. Please help any tips welcome! Thanks...

Ok its either mermaid scales or the gems, Buy a rock outcropping place it, go to edit, and keep rotating it and you'll get free money and free gems and iron ore and stone

To find the answer for the what shimmers and glimmers and sparkles, (if you go to progress it's the one in the middle) the answer is mermaid scales. So you would need to get them out of the pond to get the mermaid scales.
