Keeping new lands
I keep attacking and winning in new land but my troops return and I don't hold the new lands, why not?

After winning an attack, you must go to your muster field, and march troops to reinforce that area, then you'll keep hold of it.

Have u reached ur limit to ur wild concquests

This is to do with what Sirbaka posted. You will have reach your conquest limits. This is raised by advancing your Keep level. To keep new lands you must abandon some that you already have conquered. To do this, click on your Keep and then click Conquests top right of the screen. There you will see land you have and which you can abandon.
