How do you control a plain?
I want to build a second city and need to first control a plain. What does that mean or how does one control a plain?

To control a plain you need to select a plain and attack it. Once you own it you can build your second city on it

All i see are wilds. very hard to find a plain. lakes, hills, mountains, grasslands, goblins, woods lots of them.

Plains look a little like grasslands, you might be getting those two confused

I attacked several plains, but still cannot build city.. I have deed and am at level 10 .. Do I have to wait until protection ends?

You have to find relics from Goblin camps. Click on your nickname at the top left, then go to cities and second city. There you see the requirements for a second city.

Im having the same problem, i have all the requirements but its bugd saying control a wild or plain and i control 5 wilds

A problem you may have is that you are currently controlling to many wilds. You may only control as many as the level of your keep. Click on your keep and look at conquest. You may have to let something go if you already have your deed.
