You have to go to the hats catalog on the market and make sure you have 5 hats. If you have less than that, buy more hats. Then, remove 4 hats. Notice that when you remove a hat you've already bought, you don't lose it, you just don't equip your zombies with it. Sorry for my english but I hope you understand =)
