Me too even a striped candy only wipes one black box. You have no chance if that is the case

I honestly think there is some type of glitch...this happens to me as well on the iPad but one time, just once, it worked how it does in all the youtube videos and i was able to beat it... unfortunately i didn't score enough points to get a star so I'm still stuck on it and I can't get past it again because despite the portals being there, things don't fall through and the black boxes don't disappear with striped candy. This is very very frustrating!

It's hard to get rid of the black boxes as well as get 75000 points. The power up donut doesn't come often as well. It's so frustrating. Been stuck for over a week now. Pls help

The black boxes only move down on the android and PC version. I'm playing on Iphone and am stuck as well. I have noticed that when you make a move on the sides, the black boxes move down. Still haven't figured out how to pass this level though.

Its a bug on the iOs version of this game. The midle columns doent shift down. Play it on pc because without the middle rows shifting down its almost impossible to beat this level!

It's true about the ios bug for this level. After wasting over a week on the impossible level, I loaded the game on a computer and passed first try. I emailed the useless tech support and got this reply: "Please check to see if there are any updates available for the app of for your device. Once you have installed the updates, please turn the device off and on again. If the issue persists, then please do not hesitate to contact us again. Kind Regards, King.com App Support" - Guess they are making enough money without worrying about a few iphone people who are stuck on a level.

Its not just iOS. I play on my Android phone and I'm having the same problem. Im going to try on my PC tonight.

Definitely not just on Iphones. It doesn't work on my Android either. None of the middle boxes move down and the stripes don't work. I don't have access to a computer so I guess I'm outta luck.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. It's such a simple level and yet we are having such a problem. I am firing up my PC to see if the level works there. I will post back to see if it works.

Crushingcandies.com reports that the Mac & PC versions differ greatly & there's a "bug" at this level when playing on Ipad or Iphones. Others report problems with other Macs & I have a problem (also reported by others) on my Android phone. You have to do this level on a friend's PC, then resume playing on your regular device after that. Bummer it seems to be a hefty, widespread, long-standing glitch that King.com doesnt care to fix. they're probably laughing at us.

Just focus on matching up candy on one side of the screen. This will help overcome the glitch! you still need some luck though.

I just did it on my iphone. You need to stick to the sides as much as possible. luckily i got all the ingredients down with a few moves left which gave me a few points i guess. good luck.

I have been at this level for a month. i once got all the ingredients down but could not achieve the 75K points on my iPad. this is the longest I have ever been stuck on a level.
