Stuck on level 147 any help on how to beat this level?

I am also stuck on 147, I have no clue how to get to the next level. Only thing I can figure out they want us to pay $1 for extra lives to get me out. The game suppose to be fun and challenging but not to a point you have to pay to play, the fun is gone then.
