How do I get through level 28 on Candy Crush Saga?

I was stuck there for a long time. I finally kept trying to get as many 4 in a row and 5 in a row as I could it made more explosions and I finally got thru.

The only way I could beat level 28 was to purchase the 99 cent plus 5 moves. I swore I wouldn't purchase a thing but I felt like I had too. I always ran out of moves when I only needed one or two more
