Police Charger faster?
Has anyone else ever found the police charger that is faster than the normal one? The one that I found had +800 horsepower at ten stars! It is also one rarity rating higher than the normal one.

The question marks under the findable cars indicate that there are other "unknown" cars to be found so its possible that an "upgraded" version could be found. Hope I helped answer you question. :D
