Extra evolve on rare cards
Rare cards have an extra evolution, but I can't evolve them normally. How do you get the last evolution?

U can evolve rare cards 3 times, then its max, You get the last evolution if your card is on max lvl

@77135: To Evolve to final (5th) form, you just need to level up the card when you reached the 4th form, i.e. using the enhance function to level the card to max (usually lv 50 for super rare, and lv 60 for mega rare) This 5th form will only appear on rare cards and above. Also it is worth noticing that this last form DOESN'T increase your attack/defense at all, unlike previous evolution and will only provide you with a new picture, so it is up to you if you want to sacrifice your cards to get it :)
