Barrier on Chapter 19-5
What is the unseen barrier? I see some people is on chapter 20 so someone go pass the barrier.

The barrier means you have to level up before you can go forward in the quests

I hit it at 24-5, at lvl 73 have made it to 76 and still stuck, hoping by lvl 80 that I'll make it through.
