When do you get to use the formal wear?

I'm level 31 and I'm able to buy formal wear. You don't start getting the formal wear models until level 30. Or maybe even 29.

Just keep on leveling up then when u unlock the formal wear u will be able to purchase the formal items. I am at level 27 n I am able to unlock it :-)
