Where can I find a desert tortoise?
Answer from: HereToHelp
I found the desert tortoise by taking the mine trail. Once you have come out if the tunnel, aim your camera in the long grass. If it changes colour, you may find yourself looking at a tortoise :) As for the western rattlesnake, I haven't found it yet. But I have heard it can be on the edge of the trails.

Answer from: Horsey girl xx
I was looking everywhere for the rattle snake and loads of people said the same place and that's where I looked all the time and that's by the canyon but I had no luck there so as I was riding by the fork we're it gives u a choice to go by the mine or the canyon I was about to turn right when suddenly. By they arrows there was a snake slithering across the path, at first i thought it was a garter snake but I find them closer to the mine and when I zoomed in and took a picture it was a rattle snake and I was thrilled. This animal is not a quest animal as I checked. My advice is to go slow when you pass that area and be patient because it took me ages to find it but only because I was looking in the wrong place. Hope you find one soon and you understood my information xxx

To get the rattlesnake, go towards the left and continue to the mine. Look down on the ground after you took the left and aim your camera.
You should come face to face with a rattlesnake.
