How do you bleach teeth on iPad? There isn't any foam to get rid of?!

First you put the foam(blue things) with the pointy side on the bottom, on the top gums and the other foam with the pointy facing up on the bottom gums. Then a lamp will pop up and just click on it then your done. Do u know how to drain saliva on it?
