Stuck on level 49

I have been stuck on this level forever.Please help!!

I've been stuck on level 49 for WEEKS. Combining bombs, combining 2 diamonds twice in a game, and combing diamonds with those other things (all in one game) only got me a score of around 190k. I don't see how 250k is even possible. I'm giving up. I'm DONE.

I just passed level 49, after I played in this level around two weeks. It has to use the speed in playing. My tip that is I tried to bomp all of black boxes, then it is success. Please try again. The next level is also very difficult, however you must to try.
