Question & Answers

Won't read emails

I had one son and then I made a new generation and he's the only one in the house now. He refuses to read emails to pop up and I don't know what to do.

I have the same problem, I think that we should just wait. It could have been because his parents were depressed before he took over, it could've effected him.

I think it's because the email is not for them. When the email is personal, you have to have the right person read it, which is one of the parents.

I had the same problem. i started a new generation and my guy wouldn't read the email. I just double tapped the home button, held down on the app, and clicked the minus sign on the virtually families 2 app. When that was over I pressed the home button one last time and went pack to virtually families 2. It worked! It just refreshed the app!

Had the same problem with my current generation. I turned my phone off and restarted it twice then she read the email. After that no problem with them reading emails.
