I'm a little new to VF2 but here are some suggestions: When they do things like charades or telling a joke, praise them buy a Dvd and pop it into the Tv for the family to watch (found in flea market) Try getting a pet. It might help when the family starts playing or petting it or obsessing over it all together. Hope I helped!

Answer from: just me
If you put a big couch in the doorway to the office, then they will have to find something else to do

Buy a TV and if they don't watch it then every time they are doing one of those things take them somewhere else and be proud that they are doing that my teens barely do their homework or study
Answer from: guest
Don't worry, as the kids grow older they start doing school-related activities. Try buying a DVD from the flea market and having a family movie night. Or, have a barbecue party as a family. Praise them when they have fun with the family. Good luck !

Well there are ways to stop it from happening but If I was you I would let them study as when you move onto the next generation then they will have a good job and good paid and then you can pick the best paid.

I had the problem too. I put them in a room with a tv, plush toy, and radio and blocked the exit with a couch. They started to interact with them. I left them in there for 10 min and then let them out. They still studied and did homework but they also played and watched tv ect. (if you exit the game the little people can exit the game) HOPE I HELPED!!!
