Film critic-computer Same with fiction writer If they aren't working they might be sick, hungry or the mum might be nursing a baby. If they are the icon thing will just say not feeling up to it. Sometimes f they are exhausted they won't work either! Hope this helped.
Answer from: CHall10006
Film critics and Fiction writers work in the computer room ("The Office")
'''Note''': The mother doesn't work when she's pregnant.
Answer from: Buck
Drag her to the place in the house were she works ,for example if she was a cook she would work in the kitchen. She will then start working.
Answer from: Anonymous
For both of them, they need to go to the office. Drag them to the computer, or that little work desk. Their status should say "working on career" HIH :D
Answer from: Bubbles
I think you have to either drag them to the workroom or the office/computer room. If their status says browsing web you might have to pick them up and drop them back by the computers. If you praise them a lot they will work when you aren't there.
Answer from: Icananswerit
Yes, as various people have said, the office/computer room is the place where both of your people's careers need to work. You could try using the repeated praising method to make them work all the time even when you don't tell them to.
Answer from: Sophie
Praise them 3 times then they will say "Stop nagging!". Keep doing it 10 times. And working will finally be apart of there daily routine instead of forcing them. -Sophia PS. It does work, I do it every time there's a new parent/guardian. :)
Answer from: Tswift
They aren't working because they're sick. The mom might not because she's holding a baby. Cure them. Or if it's the baby wait until the baby is 2 which will take an hour.
