U have to quickley tap the fish that is flying towards you

Collect the stuff (i didn't see what) from the stacked boxes on the left, the open up the bin on the right by tapping on it. Finally, drag the octopus (when its tenticle comes out, you must be quick) onto the bosses head.

When ur in the seafood shop you open the lid to the trash can wait.. There's a tentacle!! Drag it over to the boss head

A easier way is if you have the land mine you can drop it in the barrel the when the octupus sticks it arm out it jumps on the bosses head
